The Team

Clinic Directors

Patrick and Kat Cane own and run Walton Street Wellness. Please read below to find out more about each of us, and the rest of our wonderful team. As we both have established businesses and websites, you can click on the links below to be redirected to our individual websites.

Kat Cane, Independent Nurse Prescriber, MSc Advanced Nursing and Education

Kat is a highly experienced nurse with more than 17 years experience in NHS Nursing. She set up Face Oxford in 2018 and has moved into Aesthetics full time. She loves working with people to help and support them looking and feeling their best in their appearance. Kat offers a range of treatments and services. 


Kat is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (PIN number 01D0416E) and is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses.

Patrick Cane, Osteopath, BSc Ost, CORE Oxford

 Wanting to find out more about the body and how to fix or improve it has led Patrick to become qualified as a personal trainer, a sports therapist and one of the leading Osteopaths in Oxford. His curiosity and fascination with the body has only grown stronger the more he works with helping others out of pain.

CORE Oxford is proud to have a strong association with many sports teams and clubs in Oxford, including Oxford University Judo and the Oxford University Powerlifting Club. 


Patrick is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Registration number 8425.

Hannah Parr, Osteopath, BSc Ost, CORE Oxford

 Hannah graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor in Osteopathy in 2016. During this time learning how to be an Osteopath in Oxford, she discovered the importance of treating the body as a whole and the power of touch, allowing her to have a more holistic approach. Her fascination with the body is what has led her to diversify her techniques, which now include water rehabilitation and medical acupuncture.  

As well as osteopathy in Oxford, she is the director of Oxford Community Aqua Wellbeing - a water based rehabilitation programme which provides specific and personalised programmes for the community in public pools around Oxford. She also provides 1-to-1 hydrotherapy.

Emily Crook, Aesthetic Therapist

Emily has a history in health and beauty and has Level 3 NVQ's in a number of treatments. She joins Kat in the Aesthetic side of the business, and will be focusing on microneedling, HIFU face and body and body contouring. Emily is also our resident HydraFacial expert. 


Emily is bubbly, kind and welcoming and is an expert at all things skin!


She is a busy mum to two young kids, and also has a keen passion for learning and helping our wonderful clients to feel the best they possibly can.

Debbie Gilbert, Soft Tissue Therapist

 Debbie trained at Oxford School of Sports Massage to become a level 5 soft tissue therapist and has been practicing massage since 2008. She has lots of experience and is a kind and welcoming person, who is able to help you relax those aches and pains!


Debbie is currently working two days a week, offering Swedish, relaxing massage, sports/remedial massage and pregnancy massage. 


Debbie is a keen triathlete and loves learning more about the body and how it works.

Lisa Ponting, Health Care Assistant

Lisa is an experienced HCA within the NHS. She has over 19 years of experience within a General Practice setting. With this comes a wide range of skills covering all aspects of the nursing role, including ear irrigation and cryotherapy to name but a few. Lisa trained with the Royal College of General Practitioners to qualify as a cryo therapist and have treated many patients over the years. Lisa will also be offering microsuction and faciliating telehealth services with our dermatology consultant service.


In 2002, Lisa trained as a massage therapist and reflexologist and has practised this alongside working within the NHS, helping clients in all aspects of their lives offering this lovely treatment which holds so many benefits. 


Lisa says "It means so much to me to make people feel better, confident and comfortable whilst in my care"
