The GP called me back while I was just finishing up the exercises Patrick had given me and I had to tell her 'I know I was crying with pain when I rang up this morning but no, I don't need an appointment now, my back is much better..!!!'

I honestly thought I was going to be laid up for another week like the last time this happened but although the pain is still there, I can sit and stand and walk again. This is the second time this has happened. I hurt my back a month ago. After a week I got a GP appointment in the afternoon. I saw Patrick that morning.
