Kat Cane
Independent Nurse Prescriber, Clinical Director
Kat is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Clinical Director of Walton Street Wellness. With senior NHS experience and advanced postgraduate training, she leads the clinic’s evidence-based approach to aesthetic medicine and whole-person health. Kat established Face Oxford in 2018 before moving this into Walton Street Wellness in 2021.
Her work integrates detailed assessment, physiological understanding and structured treatment planning. She prioritises clinical governance, patient safety and long-term outcomes across all services delivered within the clinic.
Kat holds a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine, a Master’s degree in Nursing and Education, and is registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
From aesthetic treatments to broader health services, my practice is shaped by governance, physiology and patient-centred care.
Whether supporting skin health or wider wellbeing, I focus on understanding each patient’s goals are and creating thoughtful, individualised treatment plans.
Patrick Cane
Patrick is a registered Osteopath and Director of Walton Street Wellness. He specialises in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal pain, injury and movement dysfunction.
Through detailed evaluation of posture, biomechanics and injury history, Patrick develops clear working diagnoses and structured rehabilitation plans. His clinical practice integrates osteopathic techniques, Class IV laser therapy, dry needling and targeted strengthening programmes.
Patrick is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
Patrick’s approach centres on identifying the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction. He combines detailed assessment with evidence-based manual therapy and integrates advanced technology, including Class IV laser therapy, to support recovery and long term musculoskeletal health.
Dr Ellen Fallows
General Practitioner | Lifestyle & Metabolic Health
Dr Ellen Fallows is an NHS GP with specialist expertise in lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, obesity and long-term disease management. She is Vice-President of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and has played a key role in professional education and practice development, including establishing the Society’s Learning Academy and contributing to the UK’s first academic textbook on lifestyle medicine.
Her clinical work integrates evidence-based medical assessment with personalised, sustainable strategies to address the underlying drivers of chronic conditions. She has published in leading medical journals, including The Lancet and BMJ, and speaks regularly at national and international medical education events.
Dr Fallows is collaborating with Walton Street Wellness in the development of future whole-person health services, which will launch following completion of appropriate governance and regulatory processes.
