Complaints & Feedback

We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us so we can address your concerns.

All concerns will be acknowledged promptly and investigated in line with our clinical governance procedures.


Chaperones

Patients are welcome to request a chaperone during consultations or treatments. A trained member of staff can act as a chaperone, or patients may bring a friend or family member if preferred.

Please let us know in advance if you would like a chaperone present so we can make appropriate arrangements. Further information is available on our Chaperone Policy page.


Accessibility

Walton Street Wellness aims to support patients with accessibility needs wherever possible.

The clinic is located at 104 Walton Street, Oxford. The entrance includes a small step, and a portable ramp is available to assist wheelchair users and patients with reduced mobility.

Some services are delivered in a basement treatment room accessed via stairs. If you have mobility concerns, please contact the clinic in advance so we can discuss your needs and consider appropriate arrangements where possible.

If a patient is unable to safely access the treatment room required for a particular service, this will be discussed in advance and we will consider reasonable adjustments or alternative arrangements where possible.
