Our clinic provides private blood testing and health assessments in Oxford, helping patients better understand metabolic health, hormone balance and overall wellbeing.
Many symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, low energy, sleep problems or hormonal concerns can have underlying physiological causes. Blood testing allows us to explore key markers of metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormone balance and nutritional status.
By combining laboratory testing with a detailed clinical consultation, we can better understand the factors influencing your health and develop a personalised plan to support improvement.
Understanding your health often begins with the right investigations.
Our blood testing and health assessment services are designed to provide a clearer picture of your metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormone balance and nutritional status.
These assessments can help identify underlying drivers of symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep or low energy, and support the development of personalised health strategies.
Areas we may explore include:
• cholesterol and cardiovascular risk
• blood sugar control and metabolic health
• thyroid function
• nutritional markers
• inflammation
• hormone levels where appropriate
This information helps guide personalised recommendations around lifestyle, nutrition and clinical management.

You will be asked to make various facial expressions to determine the injection sites. The area will be cleaned, and the injection points will be marked. A small, fine needle will be used to administer the treatment just below the skin.
Temporary lumps and redness may occur at the injection sites, but these typically subside within a few minutes. Aftercare instructions will be provided, and you can resume your regular activities.
Do make sure you are well hydrated to make it easier to draw the sample.
Some tests require fasting or specific preparation. Clear instructions will be provided if testing is recommended.
